Harrowtech.ai is a UK AI automation agency for small and medium-sized businesses. We build AI agents and workflow automations that take the repetitive admin off your team: quotes, invoices, enquiries, paperwork, email and reporting. The first session is free, every job gets a fixed written quote, a first automation starts from £950, and there is no deposit on your first small project.

What we automate
- Quotes and invoices: out the same day. The machine prepares them in seconds and you check each one before it leaves.
- Enquiries and leads: an enquiry is answered, qualified and booked within a minute. We can also search the UK market for businesses that match your ideal customer, check Companies House that they are real and trading, and hand you the decision maker.
- Paperwork: invoices, orders and supplier documents read and filed into your system. Anything it is unsure of is flagged to you, not guessed.
- Inbox and diary: connects to your email and calendar, learns how you write and drafts replies for your approval. Urgent items are pushed to you. Nothing is sent without your say-so.
- Reporting: every spreadsheet, sales figure and ad account on one private page that updates itself.
- Content: posts and articles that sound like you, waiting in a queue for your one-click approval.

How we build

- Fixed rules first. Where a job can run on fixed rules, it does, with no AI, so it gives the same answer every time. AI is used only where it helps.
- Your approval in front of anything that leaves. Quotes, replies and posts wait for you.
- In the tools you already use. Nobody has to learn new software.
- One job first. We prove one workflow works before building the next.
How a project runs
- A free first session. Thirty minutes, remote or on site. We go through your tools, tasks and bottlenecks, then send you a short written summary of what to fix and in what order.
- A fixed written quote. You know the price before any work begins.
- We build it and show you. You see it working in our live environment.
- You sign it off, then you pay. On your first small project (anything under £3,000) there is no deposit. Once you have paid, it moves to your live environment.
After the first project, jobs are paid in three parts: 50% to start, 40% when the build is complete and 10% on receipt of invoice after delivery.

After it goes live
- 90-day free fix. If it breaks because of something we built, we fix it free for 90 days after go-live.
- £90 an hour after that, or for changes. The same rate applies to fixes needed because something changed on your side, such as an expired key or credit, a password reset or a tool update.
- It stays yours. Automations sit in your account, documented and in your name, and keep running if we part ways.
- Your data. We work to UK GDPR and never use your data to train AI models. See AI automation and GDPR for what the ICO expects of you.
